WHAT IS YOUR FEE?
My consultation fee is $375. Weekly session fees are $275 a session.Short term Therapy Intensives are typically 2-4 hours in length. My fee for Therapy Intensives is $375 an hour
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
I do not accept any insurance in my private practice. I offer a monthly superbill statement upon request that can be submitted to insurance for out of netwrok benefits..
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
My practice is located in Monsey, NY. I provide both in person and Telehealth services at this time.
DO I NEED THERAPY?
No one can answer this question for you. If you are looking for a safe, nonjudgmental place to discuss your challenges, therapy can be helpful. If you are ready to work on your trauma history and its impact on your life, therapy is a good idea. If you are a parent and are motivated to make changes in your family dynamics, therapy can be a wonderful support.
DO YOU WORK WITH PEOPLE OUTSIDE YOUR SPECIALTY?
I work with children, tweens and teens using a variety of modalities including play therapy, DBT and EMDR therapy.
For young adults and adults, therapy is always customized to fit the specific need of the client. I provide a safe space to discuss issues in life and incorporate DBT skill training, EMDR, somatic therapy and mindfulness to support the therapeutic process.
